摘要
以不同掺量、不同颗粒群分布的矿粉与水泥相匹配,探讨了其与矿粉-水泥胶凝体系胶砂强度(以活性指数表示)的关系.研究表明:矿粉-水泥胶凝体系早期(7d)胶砂强度主要与矿粉细度(用D50表示)有关,且成正比关系;而胶砂后期强度(28d)则与水泥细度的关联性最大(亦为正比关系).活性指数的大小与矿粉掺量的关系在矿粉掺量较低时不明显,当掺量达到50%~70%后,则随矿粉掺量的增加,各龄期抗折、抗压活性指数均下降.
Slag powder and cement with various particle size distributions were blended in different proportion. The relationship between the slag powder content and the mortar strength of slagcement system (expression in activity index) was studied. It is found that the early mortar strength of slagcement system is essentially affected by the fineness of slag powder (in direct proportion) and the later mortar strength is essentially affected by the fineness of cement (also in direct proportion). The relationship between the activity index and slag content at low level is not obvious. The activity index reduces with the increase of the slag content when the slag content is more than 50%~70%.
