不相干谬误的批判性审查——兼论“执柯以伐柯”式论证

A Critique of Fallacies of Irrelevance:On Lex Talionis

顾名思义,“不相干谬误”应该是一类因缺乏相干性而导致的谬误。但是,考察发现,不相干谬误并非总是缺乏相干性的。此外,一般而言,谬误性的论证在论辩中都应当避免被使用。然而,“执柯以伐柯”式论证的成功运用表明:谬误性的论证也可以被合理地运用于反驳。

As the name suggests,fallacies of irrelevance should be a kind of fallacy caused by lack of relevance.Nevertheless,it is found that fallacies of irrelevance are not always lack of relevance.In addition,fallacious arguments should generally be avoided in argumentation.However,the successful use of lex talionis shows that fallacious arguments can be reasonably applied to refutations in argumentation.
