应用细旦涤纶短纤开发新产品的实践

摘要  基于细旦涤纶短纤生产高支高密织物的实际生产过程,分析了采用国产传统设备进行生产的难点.细旦涤纶短纤在纺纱过程中产生的棉结多且大,高支高密织物的织造难度大.针对这些问题提出了相应的技术措施:纺纱工艺以减轻纤维损伤、减少棉结、减少毛羽、改善纱线条干为攻关重点;准备工艺以严格操作、均匀控制张力、渗透与被覆兼顾上浆为工艺要求;织造的上机张力宜小,投梭宜迟,车速中等掌握.实践证明,技术措施得当,保证了生产效率和产品质量. In this paper the production of high counts and high density fabrics in fine denier polyester fibre is introduced. The difficulties in the development of high counts and high density fabrics in old installations are analyzed. Being directed against these problems, this paper posed corresponding technological measures:The focal point of spinning technology is reducing harm of the fibre, the requirement of preparing technology is controled thension of the yarn, tension of the yarn on loom should be little. The practice proved it, these technological measures are effective, and quality of the products have been increased.\;
