摘要
金刚石连聚晶是生产过程中一种常见的现象 ,它的存在严重地影响了金刚石的质量。采用扫描电镜 ,观察了金刚石合成片中连聚晶的结构、部位 ;并结合研究包裹在金刚石生长表面外的金属膜外衣的结构 ,探讨了金刚石连聚晶的成因、类型及采取何种措施 ,来解决不同类型的方案。对提高金刚石的整体强度和高强度料的比例都有积极的意义。
It is a common phenomenon that diamond intergrowth and glomerocrystal is grown in synthesis process. It seems to be a serious impact on diamond quality. The intergrowth and glomerocrystal structure in the diamond synthetic plate has been observed by electronic microscope in combination with the study of the structure of metallic coating coated outside diamond growing surface. The genesis and type of diamond intergrowth and glomerocrystal and the solutions dealing with different types are discussed. The discussion will be meaningful to improve the overall diamond strength and the percentage of high strength materials.
