摘要
专利信息是人类智慧的结晶 ,它融技术、经济、法律信息为一体 ,在当今全球经济一体化时代 ,是人们从事生产、经营、研发、贸易、投资等活动最具参考价值的信息宝库。阐述了专利信息资源的分类 ,专利信息在企业技术创新中的重要作用 ,以及超硬材料行业应用专利信息的重要性。
Patent information is a crystallization of human wisdom. It combines technology, economy and law information together. It is an information warehouse having the highest reference value for the people, who are engaged in production, management, R&D, trade, investment, etc. In this paper, the author set forth the classification of patent resources, the influence of patent information on enterprise's technical innovations and the importance of applying patent to ultra-hard material industry.
