利用GC/MS联用技术对甜橙油的化学成分进行分离分析 ,共鉴定出 31种化学成分 ,占总峰面积的 90 .5 5 % ,主要成分为 烯等 ,分析结果为产品开发、调香等提供指导。

Chemical Constituents of Sweet orange oil was anslyzed by GC/MS,and their relative contents determined by area normalization,31 constituents were identified, which accounted for 90.55% of Sweet orange oil. Limonene etc are the major chemical constituents in the Sweet orange oil.
