In this paper,by analyzing the problems in the design of public buildings in China,the surrounding environments and national culture should be emphasized for architects in their designs.And many reasonable suggestions for flourishing building design were proposed. The prosperity of building design is going to be achieved by Chinese architects and the buildings in China will be prosperous.
