介绍了 1种用于薄壁容器B类焊接接头组对的内撑圆专用工装———内组装环 ,该工装用于封头、筒节与筒节的对口装配 ,能较好地控制薄壁容器B类焊接接头的对口错边量 ,提高其制造质量 ,具有成本低、易于操作等优点。
The special process unit for inside supporting circle—— inside assembling ring for B category butt weld joints partnering of sheet wall container is introduced.It is adopted in butt jointing of the head plate and the course,and the course and the course.It can control the tolerance between edges of B category butt weld joints and enhance manufacturing quality efficiently,and it has the merits of low price and easy operation etc.
