摘要
介绍了 1种全新高效的传质设备———纤维液膜接触器。在该设备中 ,两相沿细长纤维形成非弥散的大传质表面增加了传质表面积 ,避免了传统方法所遇到的弥散相分离问题 ,因此不仅不需要庞大的相分离设备及相当长的相分离时间 ,而且提高了传质效率。实际应用表明 ,使用该设备可较大幅度地提高产品精制效率。
A new type and high efficient mass transfer equipment——fiber film contactor is introduced. There are numerous metal fibers in the contactor, and surface tension causes the caustic to cling to the metal fibers, and oil phase flows more freely. As a result, the interfacial area produced while the two phases flow down along the fibers is extremely large, and no emulsions will form. This avoids the separation difficulties of dispersive phase in the conventional method. Hence, no longer are large equipment size and long time of phase separation are needed and a higher mass transfer efficiency is obtained. It has been practically testified that the equipment can preferable improve refiner efficiency.
