100例健康成人全血表观粘度测定分析

Determination of Whole Blood Apparent viscosity in One Hundred Healthy Adults

报道银川地区100例健康成人的全血表观粘度(WBAV),采用 NXE—1型锥板粘度计测定,男女各50人,年龄20—70岁.在不同切变率下男性均高于女性(P<0.01);各年龄组间除20～岁和60～岁,男女间无显著差异(P>0.05)外,其它30～岁、40～岁、50～岁年龄组男女间均有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。WBAV 随切变率的降低而明显增高;在相同切变率下,不同年龄组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。作者等对不同切变率下的 WBAV 进行统计学两两比较,认为可仅仅采用6个切变率下的数据,即可反映生理(病理)情况下的 WBAV,为血瘀证诊、治、预防提供了银川地区正常成人参数。

Reporting whole blood apparent viscosities(WBAV),determ- ined by cone-plate viscosimeter,Ty- pe NXE 1,in 100 healthy subjects of Yinchuan District,aged 20～70,divi- ded into male and female groups of 50 each.Results showed higher visco- sity in males than in females under diverse shear rates(P<0.01);The di- fferences of WBAY in each age group between males and females were mar- kedly significant(P<0.01)except in the 20～29 & 60～69 age groups.WBAV increased significantly as the shear rate decreased,and,under anyone g- iven shear rate,there was no signif- icant differences(P>0.05)among the WBAVs of various age geoups.After automatic data processing in micro computers,the authors advocate that, the mere adoption of six shear rates, i.e.192S^(-1),76.(?)S^(-1),33.4S^(-1),19.2S^(-1), 9,6S^(-1),5.75S^(-1) could basically reflect the WBAV under various physiologi- cal/pathological circumstances,thus offering normal reference data for diagnosis,treatment,& prophylaxis of the blood stasis Zheng(syndrome).
