视网膜母细胞瘤的临床及病理分析

Clinical and Pathological Analysis of 30 Cases of Retinoblastoma

分析了1963～1989年30例视网膜母细胞瘤患儿的早期症状、病程、典型和非典型体征,以及分化程度和临床症状病程与视神经受侵的关系。作者等从本次分析中认识到,4岁以前发病者临床表现大多较典型,4岁以后发病者多表现非典型体征;出现青光眼和(或)眼球突出的患儿视神经受侵阳性率较高;初诊前病程长短对预后有很大的影响。

Ttilizing hospital re- cords-room data materials of 30 pedi- atric in patients with retinoblastoma (RB)admitted during year 1963～ 1989,the early symptoms,course of disease,typical atypical sjgns,as well as relationship between degree of tumor-cell differentiation,sympto- ms,disease course and RB invasion into optic nerve are analyzed & stud- ied,In this RB group,patients less than 4 years of age often showed ty- pical clinical symptoms and signs, conversely,those older than 4 years usually showed atypical sinus.Those showing glaucoma and/or exopthalm- os had higher rates of optic nerve RB complication.The course of dise- ase before 1st visit to the Hospital had a great influence upon prognosis & outcome.
