放射性核素敷贴疗法在慢性局限性湿疹治疗中的应用

Radionucide application method in the treatment of chronic localized eczema

目的 观察放射性核素敷贴疗法对慢性局限性湿疹的治疗作用,并探讨影响疗效的因素。方法 对179例慢性局限性湿疹患者按不同病程、不同性别进行分组,均采用相同的放射性核素敷贴治疗,并以同一疗效标准判定其治疗效果。随访1-4a,观察复发情况。结果 病程不同组间、性别不同组间疗效无显著差异,但性别不同,复发率存在显著差异性,且女性复发率明显高于男性。结论 放射性核素敷贴疗法是治疗慢性局限性湿疹的有效、安全、低复发率、无痛苦的治疗方法。

Objective To observe curative effect of radionucide application method in the treatment of chronic localized eczema and explore the factors affecting curative effect. Methods Radionucide application method was used in 179 patients who were divided according to course and sex, efficacy was rated with the same criterion .They were followed up for 1-4 years and relapse observed. Results There was no difference of effect among the groups, but there was significant difference of recurrence rate between sexual groups. The recurrence rate of the female was significantly higher than that of the male. Conclusion Radionucide application method is effective, safe, painless in the treatment of chronic localized eczema ,and the recurrence rate lower.
