摘要
对重要的精细化工中间体 4-硝基二苯胺合成方法进行了评述 ,比较了工业生产中使用的苯胺法、甲酰苯胺法、邻磺酸法和硝基苯法等 4种方法 ,对它们的生产原理进行了介绍 ,从产品质量、能耗、三废等角度比较了它们的工艺特点和各自的优缺点。
Nitrodiphenylamine is an important fine-chemical intermediate. Four main synthetic methods for 4-nitrodiphenylamine such as aniline method,nitrobenzene method etal were compared in this paper. The principles of synthetic processes were described carefully. The technique characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of these methods were compared form the quantity of the product, the usage of energy and the wastes.
