The principle and characters of O 3 sterilization were introduced in this paper,the superiority was compared with other sterilization method. at the same time, the installation and operation of O 3 equipment in pharmaceutical factory were introduced, too. At last ,the comparition between the new O 3 equipment and the old O 3 equipment was stated.
