摘要
利用正交法设计实验 ,研究聚合硫酸铁和聚丙烯酰胺对印染废水进行混凝处理。研究结果表明 ,复合絮凝剂处理印染废水效果较好 ,最佳组合方式为 :温度为 50℃ ,pH值为 7,聚合硫酸铁投加量为 10 0 0mg/L ,聚丙烯酰胺的用量为 8mg/L ,搅拌 5min ,对印染废水处理得到较为满意的效果 ,COD的去除率为 85.8%左右 ,经处理后水的透光率可达 87.6%。
Designed by means of orthogonal experiment method, experiments have been carried out to study with PFS as coagulant and PAM as coagulant aid to treat textile printing wastewater. The results show that the optimal parameters of coagulant textile printing wastewater treatment is pH 7, PFS dosage of 1 000 mg/L, PAM dosage of 8 mg/L, the temperature of coagulant of 50℃, the stirring time of 5 min. The result is showed the best removal rate of COD over 85.8% and the translucent rate of wastewater over 87.6%.
