摘要
结合对汽车同步器齿套滑块槽数控加工机床的研究,提出了一种利用摆线逼近圆弧的高效加工方法。通过建立摆线的参数方程,分析其各个参数对摆线形状的影响以及摆线逼近滑块槽圆弧的逼近误差,提出了确定摆线参数的算法及相应的计算程序。应用该算法对一个给定参数的滑动齿套滑块槽圆弧加工逼近误差进行分析计算,其理论逼近误差达到了0.0002mm,进而证明了利用这种方法加工同步器齿套滑块槽的可行性。
Integrating studies on NC machine tools of gear sleeve slide slots of automotive synchronizers,one high-efficiency machining method which uses cycloidal approach arc is brought forward.Through creating parametric equations of cycloids,and analyzing the influence of each parameter on cycloid shape and the errors of cycloid-approach slide slot arc,the algorithm to determine cycloid parameters and the corresponding program is put forward.The algorithm is ap plied to calcu late and analyze the approach errors of a parame ter-given gear sleeve slide slot arc machining and the theo retic ap-proach error reaches0.0002mm.It is proved that it is feasible to ma chine synchronizer gear sleeve slide slot with this method.
