市场经济是信用经济。社会信用体系是社会主义市场经济体制和社会管理体制的重要组成部分。标准化是社会信用体系建设的重要基础保障和技术支撑。通过分析我国社会信用体系发展现状和发展模式,构建社会信用标准化工作规划,研究制定社会信用标准体系框架,对于促进实现社会信用信息互联互通、协同共享,健全社会信用奖惩联动机制,支撑和推进社会信用体系建设具有重要意义。

Market economy is the credit economy.The social credit system is a significant component of socialist market economy system and social management system.Standardization is an important basic security and technical support of constructing the social credit system.By analyzing the development situation and model of social credit system in China,the working programming of social credit standardization and standard system frame were built in the paper.These would be of great importance in promoting interconnection and collaborative sharing of the social credit information,improving the rewards & punishment linkage mechanism of social credit system,supporting and advancing the development of social credit system.
