摘要
从高危险性体育项目经营许可对标准化的需求出发,分析总结了以提供准入标准、支撑许可实施为目的开展体育场所开放条件与技术要求系列国家标准制修订的情况,介绍了标准研制的工作背景、基本原则、主要结构和内容,为标准的实施与监督以及该系列后续标准的研制提供借鉴。
Following the standardization demand of high-risk sports operation permission,the paper analyzes and summarizes the development and revisal of series of national standards about the opening and operation conditions for sports venues,which is to support the implementation of operation permission.It also introduces the developed working background,basic principles,the main structure and content of these standards,providing reference for implementation and supervision of the standards,as well as the research and development of subsequent standards of this series.
