知识产权信息是集技术、法律与经济信息于一体的综合性信息,关系到国家产业发展的健康与安全。我国政府也明确提出要构建知识产权服务标准体系,提高知识产权信息服务能力。本文将总结知识产权信息服务标准化的国内外发展现状、分析国内知识产权信息服务标准化存在的问题和发展需求、重点给出我国知识产权信息服务标准化的发展建议。

Intellectual property information is related to the health and safety of national industrial development. This paper summarizes the current situation of the intellectual property information service standardization in China and abroad, analyzes the existing domestic problems and development needs, and finally gives some suggestions on the development of the intellectual property information service standardization in China.
