企业温室气体管理体系标准化需求分析研究

Research on Analysis of Standardization Requirement for Management System of Enterprise Greenhouse Gas

企业通过建立环境管理体系和能源管理体系,并对其温室气体排放进行核算与核查,可以在某种程度上实现温室气体管理工作。但由于其各自侧重点不同,在实际操作中很难形成一个系统的有机体。因此,为加强企业对温室气体排放的管控,完善政府主管部门对节能减排的目标考核体系,建议对现有的管理标准进行有机整合,研究建立并实施企业温室气体管理体系标准,为实现我国工业领域的温室气体减排奠定良好的工作基础。

Through establishing the environment management system and energy management system,calculating and verifying the greenhouse gas emissions,enterprises make it accessible to manage the greenhouse gas. But due to the different focuses, it is hard to form an organic system in practice. Therefore,in order to strengthen enterprise’s ability to control greenhouse gas emissions and improve the government’s assessment system of energy conservation and emissions reduction, this paper suggests to integrate the existing management standards,as well as develop and implement standards system of greenhouse gas management system , providing a solid foundation for the greenhouse gas emission reduction in the industry fields.
