摘要
近年来,随着信息技术和政府采购的不断发展,电子政府采购逐渐成为国际上政府采购的重要发展趋势,各国电子政府采购系统建设取得了长足发展。本文通过研究韩国电子政府采购系统(KONEPS)标准化建设实践,总结了韩国电子政府采购标准化的四大领域:电子目录、电子文件、安全保证、信息服务,为我国进行电子政府采购系统标准化建设提供参考。
In recent years, with the continuous development of information technology and government procurement, the e-procurement has become the important development trend and the construction of e-procurement system has made great progress. Through studying the standardization of Korea Online E-procurement System (KONEPS), the paper summarizes the standardization of KONEPS in the four major areas:electronic directory, electronic files, security guarantee, information services, providing a reference for standardization of e-procurement system for China.
