摘要
本文在对日本标准体系及其标准化战略系统研究基础上,重点围绕标准化战略推进技术进步和产业升级,以及科技创新加快标准研制模式变革等两方面,探讨了日本科技创新与标准化的关系。
Based on the researches on Japanese standard system and standardization strategy, this paper probes into the relationship between Japanese standardization and technological innovation from two key aspects, including the promotion of technological progress and industrial upgrading as well as the acceleration of standard development mode revolution.
