摘要
本文主要介绍六西格玛管理的核心内容DMAIC改进模式,以六西格玛管理在某半导体制造业的应用为例,研究并剖析DMAIC制程改进模式在解决实际生产问题的时候是如何进行的,分析探讨每一步的内容、方法以及所使用的工具,通过实践案例,展示了DMAIC对于缺陷改进的实际功效。
This paper mainly introduces the core content of DMAIC improvement patterns. With the application of six sigma management in a semiconductor manufacturing, how the DMAIC process improvement patterns solve the problem of actual production is analyzed. Methods and tools are given in every step. A case proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the DMAIC in practical application.
