摘要
本文以东盟成员国泰国为例,研究反映其标准、技术法规、合格评定程序等动态的通告文件:WTO TBT/SPS通报的动态发展趋势及特点,并提出合理建议和对策,以期合理规避这些技术性贸易措施,最大限度的保护我国经济利益和出口企业利益;并为出口企业提出相关对策建议。
According to the investigation on WTO TBT/SPS bulletin resources of Indonesia in WTO/TBT-SPS Notification and Enquiry of China website, the paper analyzes the characters and the present construction situation of the TBT/SPS bulletin resources, which reflects the dynamic changes of the standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedure, etc, and proposes some suggestions and countermeasures to maximize the protection of the economic and export enterprise interests, providing relevant countermeasures for export enterprises.
