本文运用SWOT战略分析工具对组织机构代码事业的外部环境和内部要素进行全面探究,总结机遇与优势,剖析威胁与劣势,从战略目标、经费保障、服务体系、公关关系、人才引进和法制建设等方面提出相应的发展策略。
The paper conducts a comprehensive research on the external environments and internal elements of organization code by SWOT analysis, concludes the opportunities and advantages, analyzes the challenges and disadvantages, and proposes the corresponding development strategies in terms of strategic objective, fund guarantee, service scheme, public relation, talent introduction and legal construction.
