By describing the actual steps of building up the BCM system in the company the writer served,the key points and best practices of how to set up BCM system in industrial manufacturing enterprises were shared.Besides,with aim to increase the capabihty of crisis response and resilience of the organization,the relationship between BCM and MoR was also studied,so that help to equip the enterprises with BCM and MoR systems the same time.
