摘要
由于NO_x大量排放会对人体和环境造成很大的危害,降低热水器燃烧过程中NO_x的排放,成为燃气热水器绿色发展的趋势。本文详细分析NO_x的生成机理,通过采用浓淡燃烧技术对燃气热水器进行绿色设计,降低燃气热水器NO_x的排放,同时,采用3芯短焰燃烧技术,使热交换器的高度缩短至普通水箱的五分之一,以降低热交换器生成过程中的原料消耗。
Due to large amounts of NO_X emissions cause great harm to human and environment, reducing the NO_X emissions, has become a trend of the development of environmental-friendly Gas Water Heater. To reduce the NO_X emissions during the Gas Water Heater working, this paper analyses the formation mechanism of the NO_X and describes the ecological design by using the Bias Flames Combustion Technology. Meanwhile, for reducing the material wasting in producing the heat exchanger, we use the Short Flame Burning Technology and shorten the length of the heat exchanger to one-fifth of the normal heat exchanger.
