International and Domestic Policy and Standardization of Eco-design

生态设计从产品全生命周期出发,减少产品生命周期过程中的资源能源消耗,从源头提升产品绿色水平,有效改善产品的环境绩效,实现可持续发展战略。同时帮助企业降低成本和减少潜在的责任风险,提高竞争能力。为此,国内外纷纷制定生态设计法律法规和开展标准化工作。本文分析总结生态设计在国际和国内最新的法律法规和政策,梳理生态设计领域的标准化进展,并展望生态设计的未来发展趋势。

Concerning whole life cycle of a product, eco-design can help to reduce the resource and energy consumption during life cycle stages, promote the green level from the source, improve the environmental performance and realize sustainable development strategy. Eco-design also helps enterprises to reduce costs and potential liability risks, improve corporation image as well as enhancing the competitiveness. Therefore, laws and regulations and the standardization of eco-design are developed and implemented all around the world. This paper summarizes latest local and international laws, regulations and policies of eco-design, studies its standardization progress and prospects the future development trend of eco-design.
