本文从个人消费者和公共机构两个消费群体出发,总结了我国各消费群体绿色消费行为的变化趋势和主要特点。通过聚焦绿色消费相关法律法规、政府及企业绿色采购力度、绿色产品市场机制和绿色消费财税政策,剖析了我国的绿色消费政策和制度现状,提出了推行绿色消费政策亟待解决的主要障碍。

This article concludes the current situation and characteristics of private consumers' behavior and public organizations' behavior in terms of green consumption. Focused on green consumption legislation, government and enterprises procurement, market mechanism for green products and fiscal and tax policies for green consumption, this article analyzes the current situation and major obstacles in implementing green consumption policies.
