摘要
对比分析我国GB/T18885-2009生态纺织品技术要求标准与2016版Oeko-Tex Standard100标准,围绕测试项目的主要差异,重点详解消解样品中的重金属、全氟化合物、邻苯二甲酸酯类、有机锡化合物、多环芳烃、阻燃剂、表面活性剂等有害物质测试项目差异。梳理2016版Oeko-Tex Standard 100与GB/T18885-2009结果表明,我国的生态纺织品标准体系中有害物质检测项目与国际标准还存在较大差异,关于纺织品中有害物质的限量研究已明显落后于国外标准,差异增大,迫切需要加大生态纺织品中有害物质的检测技术研究力度,加快生态纺织品的制修订工作。
This article compared GB/T18885-2009 technical specifications of ecological textiles with the 2016 version of Oeko-Tex Standard100, and analyzed the differences between the standards, mainly on the digestion of heavy metals, perf luorinated compounds, phthalates, organic tin compounds, antibacterial f lame retardants, surfactant agent residues and other harmful substances testing items. The comparison results show that huge differences exist between the international standard and Oeko-Tex standard100(2016 edition) in testing items of harmful substances. Obviously, there is a long way to catch the foreign standards in researching on harmful substances limits in textiles. The increasing, differences suggest that efforts should be paid to the harmful substances detection technology research for the ecotextiles, and the formulation of eco-textiles and revision should be accelerated.
