我国海工装备标准走出去影响因素分析

Analysis of Influence Factors of Chinese Marine Equipment Standards Going Global

我国是全球性的海工装备制造大国,但总体存在市场规模和国际标准主导权不匹配的情况。我国可借助部分海工装备的技术优势,及时固化技术成果,推动国内海工装备标准走出去,成为国际标准或者为国外所接受,以更快地带动整个海工装备产业走出去。本文分析了影响海工装备标准走出去的外部因素和内部因素,针对不同技术发展水平的海工装备,提出了有针对性的走出去的应对措施。

China is a big manufacturing country of marine equipment in the world, but there is a mismatch between market scale and international standard dominance. With the help of the technical advantages of some marine equipment,China should solidify technical achievements in a timely manner, and promote the domestic standards of marine equipment to be accepted as international standards or de facto standards, so as to drive the whole marine equipment industry to go abroad at a higher speed. This paper analyses the external and internal factors that influence the standard going-global of the marine equipment industry. In view of the different technological level in the marine equipment, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to go abroad.
