Analysis on the Safety Risk of Household Appliances without Grounding Connection in Rural Buildings

由于历史的原因,农村的用电环境存在一定的问题,给农村的用电带来了一定的安全隐患。随着家用电器产品在农村的普及使用,由于用电环境而暴露出的安全问题越发突出,特别是由于农村住宅缺少接地保护而造成的漏电事故层出不穷,本文结合家用电器的特点和用户投诉新购买的滚筒洗衣机外壳漏电的案例,通过理论和试验的手段分析缺少保护接地给用户带来的安全风险。

Due to historical reasons, the electric environment in rural areas has certain problems,which have brought certain safety risks to the electricity use in rural areas. With the wide application of household appliance products in rural areas, the safety problems brought by electricity environment are increasingly prominent, and the incidents on leakage caused by a lack of grounding connection in rural buildings are emerging one after another. This paper describes the characteristics of household appliances and the cases on body leakage of front loading washing machines, which are newly brought and complained by consumers, and analyzes the safety risks for a lack of grounding connection by theoretical and experimental means.
