Discussion on Doubtful Points in the Implementation of GB 50140-2005:Code for design of extinguisher distribution buildings

本文通过深度解析研究GB 50140-2005《建筑灭火器配置设计规范》重要条文,结合该规范自2005年10月1日强制执行以来的实际工作经验,对实施过程中所发现的问题疑点进行探讨,并首次在建筑灭火器配置领域提出计算单元最小需配置灭火器级别总量的综合计算公式及由灭火器的最大保护距离设计灭火器设置点间距的理念,弥补规范中的不足之处,为今后修订新国标提供相关依据。

Through in-depth analysis, this paper studies the important provisions of GB 50140-2005, Code for design of extinguisher distribution buildings. Based on the practical work experience since its enforcement on October 1, 2005, it discusses the doubtful points in the implementation process and puts forward a comprehensive formula for calculating the minimum required fire extinguisher level of a unit and in the field of building fire extinguisher configuration for the first time. It also presents the concept of designing the setting point space of fire extinguishers according to the maximum protection distance of fire extinguishers, to make up for the deficiencies in the norms and provide relevant basis for revising the new national standards in the future.
