组织治理框架构建研究

Research on the Establishment of Organizational Governance Framework

随着社会环境的不断变化,组织治理的重要性日益凸显。本文借ISO 37000研制契机对组织治理进行深入研究。从组织治理理论和相关标准规则的研究入手,在组织治理作用机理研究基础上,以组织目标、组织环境、治理要素、治理结构和治理机制为模块构建组织治理框架,并指出治理框架的系统有机性及可持续改进性。

With the continuous change of social environment,the importance of organizational governance becomes increasingly prominent.This paper further explores the theory of organizational governance in China in the context of ISO 37000 being under development.On the basis of the research on the theory and mechanism of organizational governance,the framework is established with the modules of organizational objectives,organizational environment,governance elements,governance structure and governance mechanism.It also points out the systematic organic and sustainable improvement of the governance framework.
