浅谈大数据背景下我国标准信息的利用与发展——以西藏自治区地方标准发展为例

Discussion on the Utilization and Development of China's Standards Information under the Background of Big Data——Taking the Development of Local Standards in Tibet Autonomous Region as an Example

本文着眼于大数据背景下我国对于标准信息的利用与发展,通过针对地方标准的深入调研,以西藏地方标准发展为例,介绍利用现状,深入分析需求,提出一套西藏地方标准发展"双三角形"模型,并就此给出特色地方标准发展建议,以及有关思考与展望。

This paper focuses on the utilization and development of standard information in the context of big data.Taking the development of local standards in Tibet Autonomous Region as an example,through in-depth research,it introduces the development status of local standards in Tibet,creates a'Double triangle'Method to serve the development of local standards in Tibet and thoroughly analyzes the needs of local standards information.Additionally,it puts forth the development proposals for local standards along with reflections and predictions.
