摘要
在制造业产品质量供需结构错位背景下,本文构建制造业产品质量供给效率评价模型,运用层次分析法确定权重并进行影响力排序,通过多层次模糊综合评价法对产品质量供给进行应用评估。研究表明:在评价体系中,标准与技术水平、研究与发展能力和质量管理水平是影响质量供给效率的主要因素。目前,制造业产品质量供给效率整体比较高效,但研究与发展能力一般,需有效利用研究与发展经费,激发主体创新活力,助推制造业高质量发展。
Under the background of dislocation of product quality demand and supply structure in manufacturing industry,this paper constructs an evaluation model of product quality supply efficiency and determines the weight of factors and ranks their influence through analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and evaluates the product quality supply efficiency by multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Research shows that in the evaluation system,standards and technical level,research and development ability and quality management level are the main factors affecting the quality supply efficiency.At present,the overall efficiency of product quality supply in manufacturing industry is relatively high but with modest research and development ability.It is necessary to make effective use of research and development funds,stimulate the main innovation vitality and promote the highquality development of manufacturing industry.
