摘要
本文比对分析了美国、欧盟、日本和我国消费品安全风险控制的发展现状,借鉴国外先进经验,将消费品安全危害分类理念引入我国消费品安全风险控制之中,并提出了完善我国消费品安全风险控制机制的建议和对策,为开展相关方面的研究奠定基础。
This paper compares and analyzes the development status of consumer goods safety risk control in the United States,the European Union,Japan and China,draws lessons from foreign advanced experience,introduces the concept of classification of consumer safety hazards into the control of consumer goods safety risk in China,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the mechanism of consumer goods safety risk control in China,which lays a foundation for relevant research.
