摘要
研究重型机械安全状况及其影响要素的关联度分析对重型机械行业的相关决策具有重要的参考价值。以主营业务收入、特种设备作业人员、标准数量、安全监察机构数量等作为影响要素,分析各要素对于万台设备死亡人数指标的影响程度。表明着力推动地方立法和标准制定,提升法规的针对性和可操作性,以及完善动态监管体系,进一步明确各级安全监察机构的职责,有利于改善重型机械安全状况。
It is important to research the relationship of safety condition and its influencing factors in heavy machinery industry.This paper analyzes the influence level of factors on the death toll in 10,000 special equipment,which includes the main business income of heavy machinery,standard quantity,operators of special equipment,number of safety supervision organization.It shows that promoting local legislation and standards are conducive to improving the safety condition of heavy machinery in China.
