检验检测机构公正性实现方式浅谈

Research on ways to Ensure the Impartiality of Inspection Bodies and Laboratories

本文从检验检测流程、管理机制、队伍建设3个主要环节着手,探索性地提出检验检测机构公正性的实现方式,即:确立检验检测流程中的分离制度、建立以监督为主的管理机制和加强相关从业人员素质建设,对确保检验检测机构的公正性起到了积极的指导和借鉴作用。

This paper starts with the three key processes such as inspection procedure,management mechanism and talent building,puts forward the ways to realize the impartiality in inspection bodies and laboratories,that is setting up separation mechanism during inspection procedure,establishing auditing leading mechanism system and strengthening the talent building,which plays an active instruction and reference role for those inspection bodies and laboratories to realize impartiality.
