企业产品标准风险评估指标体系及判定规则研究

Research on Risk Assessment Index System and Decision Rules of Enterprise Product Standard

本文基于企业产品标准涉及的法律、法规、规章、规范性文件,从合规性、科学性、规范性3个方面建立了企业产品标准风险评估指标体系,通过评估指标性质界定、单项指标判定表征、综合风险判定表征提出了企业产品标准风险评估的判定规则。

Based on the laws,regulations,government rules,and normative documents related to enterprise product standards,this paper establishes the enterprise product standard risk assessment index system from three aspects:compliance,scientificity and normativeness,and proposes the decision rules for enterprise product standard risk assessment by three steps:defining the nature of the indicators,characterizing the individual indicator and making comprehensive risk judgment.
