摘要
本文介绍了镍及镍合金目前的产品标准,主要为美标ASME/ASTM以及国标类。相对于美标而言,国标镍合金标准体系繁杂,起草单位涉及有色、黑色金属企业,体系框架交叉重复,各自命名。与之带来的是同样的化学成分在命名牌号和归类上有交叉。同时指出在一些产品标准上对相关检测项目不予明确,含糊其词,这些都给实际应用带来了困难。对此文章从实践使用中介绍了镍合金标准体系使用的要点或惯例,可用于指导实践,同时指出了相关标准应用的建议。
This paper introduces the current product standards of nickel and nickel alloys,mainly ASME/ASTM and national standards.Compared with the US standards,the standards system of nickel alloy in China is complicated.The drafting units involve colored and ferrous metal enterprises.The framework of standards system is crossed or repeated with each standard named differently.The result is that the same chemical composition is intersected in terms of nomenclature and classification.At the same time,it points out that some product standards are unclear and ambiguous in relevant test items,which bring difficulties to practical application.Thus,this paper introduces the main points or conventions used in the standards system of nickel alloy,which can be used to guide the practice and provides suggestions for the application of relevant standards.
