摘要 盐酸克伦特罗(CLB)是一种β-肾上腺类神经兴奋剂,能够促使脂肪分解酶活化,抑制脂肪形成,在人体积蓄过量会对健康造成严重损伤,许多国家已禁止将其应用于畜禽饲养生产。目前,针对不同样品形态待测样CLB残留的测定,国内外有多种定性、定量分析的仪器测试方法及相关速检技术手段,在此,从样品前处理、假阳性率、灵敏度、稳定性、易推广程度等方面对现有的测试方法进行对比,提出了开发一种分析特性强、灵敏度高、时效性强的CLB残留定量测定方法。 Clenbuterol Hydrochloride is a kind ofβagonist drugs,which could increase a higher muscle-to-fat ratio,metabolize body fat and increase the body’s basal metabolic rate.Many countries have banned it from being used in livestock production,due to health concerns about some adverse symptoms.Targeting at the determination of Clenbuterol Hydrochloride residue of the different samples being tested,this paper mentions kinds of instrument test methods and relevant rapid detection technological means on quantitative and qualitative analysis,and compares the existing test methods in the aspects such as sample pretreatment,FPR,sensibility,reliability and generalizability.It puts forward the establishment of specific,sensitive and time-limited method for CLB residue quantitative determination.
