摘要
提出了一种基于结构光技术的3D激光扫描测量系统。介绍了该测量方法的基本原理、系统结构及对拍摄数据的提取、转换、运算方法。通过实验对两种不同材料在高度和宽度方向进行实际测量,并将测量结果进行了分析比较。结果表明对不同材料的测量精度不同,反射率高的材料测量精度更高,且平均误差率均在1%以内,符合实际需求。
A measuring system of 3D laser scanning based on structured light is presented.The basic principle of the measurement method,the measurement system architecture and the data extraction,transformation and calculation algorithms are described.Measurement results of two different materials in the direction of the actual height and width are analyzed and compared.Results show that the accuracies of different materials are different,i.e.,highly reflective material has higher accuracy,and the average error rate is less than 1%,in line with the actual demand.
