摘要
为了对氧化铝烧结工序中的异常情况进行检测,通过对成品熟料与滚筒窑撞击的声音数据进行采集,并通过网络发送给后台工作站。工作站对接收到的声音文件进行滤波、谱分析等处理后,对烧结工序中的异常状态进行判断并报警,从而为工作人员及时排除异常情况提供参考依据。
The sound data striked by finished products and rotary kiln are collected and then sent to background workstations through a network to monitor the anomalies in alumina sintering process.After filtering and spectral analysis of sound files received by workstations,the system can judge and give an alarm to the abnormal conditions in the sintering process.The workstation can provide references to staff to exclude anomalies promptly.
