摘要
在研究活性碳纤维本体、硝酸浸渍和负载金属铜氧化物ACF脱除NO试验的基础上,进一步研究了它负载其它金属氧化物及铜 钴和铜 铈复合金属氧化物ACF降低NO的作用。试验结果表明:不同金属氧化物的引入可大大提高活性碳纤维脱除NO的性能;负载铜 钴和铜 铈复合金属氧化物/ACF中的两种组分有协同效应,在一定温度下具有很高的反应活性和更长的寿命;以50∶50(铜∶铈)混合溶液浸渍ACF脱除NO效果最佳。对所选样品在发动机台架上进行了验证试验。
Based on the studies of nontreated activated carbon fibers (ACF)?HNO3 dipped ACF and copperbased ACF cleaning NO. The experimental results indicate that there is a synergistic effect between the coppercobalt and coppercerium components. Therefore, the composite metal oxide possesses a high activity for the reduction of NO. Moreover, it has a longer lifetime compared with the single component metal oxides. The results also show that the optimum ratio of Cu(NO3)2∶Ce(NO3)2 is 50∶50. The significant influence components on ACF are element copper and cerium. The conversion of NO is affected by the loadage of the mental oxide components, the amount of mental oxides used, the kinds of carrier gas, NO and CO, and so on. In order to study the effects of these factors on the gasoline engine emissions, experimental investigations had carried out on an engine test bench.
