“体教医”信息化服务平台的构建与运行探索

Construction and Operation of the Informanization Service Platform for Sports, Physical Education and Medicine

在全民健身背景下,"体教医"信息化服务平台的构建与推行是体育、医疗、教育信息化联动发展的结合形式.通过对体育教育医疗进行人力资源、教育资源、医疗资源的整合,针对体质健康进行"一条龙"式的联动服务,实现大众健康的全方位护养.应用文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法对体教医资源在网络平台构建和运用的可行性进行设计与研究;对现有的体育教育平台、医疗构建网络平台、APP、微信公众号等信息服务形式进行科学整合,形成体教医信息化服务平台.研究结果表明体教医三资源信息化平台的构建可以从根源上改变"患者"的"三不"现状(不了解、不健康、不会练),为促进全民健康水平提供新思路、新平台.

Under the background of national fitness, the construction and implementation of the information service platform of sports, physical education and medicine is the combined form of the development of sports,medical care and education information. With the integration of human resources, education resources, and medical resources in the two fields of physical education and medical care, a 'one-stop' linkage service for physical fitness and health will be carried out to achieve all-round health care for the general public. The feasibility of the construction and application of physical teaching and medical resources on the network platform is designed and studied by using the methods of literature, mathematical statistics and expert interview. The existing sports education platforms, medical construction network platforms, APP, WeChat public numbers and other forms of information services can be integrated to form an information service platform of the three resources. The research results show that the construction of the information platform of the three resources of physical education and medicine can change the status quo of 'patients' (not understanding, unhealthy, and not practicing) from the root causes, and provide new ideas and new platforms for promoting the health level of the whole people.
