Experimental Study on Left-handed Basketball Technique under the Effective Teaching Method

在有效教学理念指导下,遵循脑体互动规律,依据现代高水平篮球运动员比赛特征,在肇庆学院公共体育篮球教学中对学生有目的地采用从左手开始练习篮球基本技术的实验研究.经过72学时的实验教学,提高学生左手掌握篮球技术,促进和巩固学生左右手平衡发展,取得了比较理想的结果,从而使篮球技术得到整体提升,具有重要的应用价值.

Under the guidance of effective teaching method, following the rules of brain-body interaction, according to the characteristics of modern high-level basketball players, an experimental study on the use of basic basketball techniques from the left hand in the teaching of public sports basketball in Zhaoqing University was carried out. 72 periods of experimental teaching has improved the students’ left hand to master basketball technology, to promote and to consolidate the balanced development of the students’ left and right hands. It has achieved ideal results and has improved the basketball skills of the students as a whole, which has important application value.
