粤西地区健身教练发展现状研究

The Development Situation of Fitness Coaches in the West Areas of Guangdong

本文对粤西地区具有代表性的健身机构进行了实地考察,并对其健身教练进行了访谈,结果发现:粤西地区健身机构健身教练紧缺,不能满足市场需求,且性别失衡;从业者均较年轻,男性多于女性,高校毕业生从业者少;只有60%的健身教练拥有国家认可的从业资格证书,且20%的体育院校专业毕业生从业者无相关从业资格证书,健身行业健身教练从业要求不严,资格认证不规范;健身机构的培训进修制度不完善,健身教练专业能力提升路径令人担忧且无保障,阻碍了健身教练的专业发展,不利于健身行业的可持续发展.针对以上问题,提出建立健全健身教练职业资格监管和认证体系;实施校企共建,充分发挥高校人才培养的作用.

A field survey has been carried out on the typical gymnasiums and interviews with their coaches have also made. It has been found that there is a great demand for fitness coaches, a gender imbalance exists in the gymnasiums, there are few college graduates among the coaches, only 60% coaches possess the vocational qualifications, 20% graduates don not have vocational qualifications, there is no strict demand and standard for qualifications in fitness market. There are not complete systems for training and further education so that the professional skills of the coaches cannot be improved, which hinders the healthy development of fitness industry.Therefore, the supervision and certification system of fitness coaches should be improved and the gymnasiums should cooperate with the universities to cultivate more talents for fitness industry.
