基于生产网络的上海市普陀区科技园区协同发展研究

Coordinative Development of Science and Technology Parks of Shanghai Putuo based on Enterprise Networks

在大量企业访谈调研的基础上,运用社会网络分析法,对上海市普陀区科技园区整体协同情况、协同程度、协同控制能力和协同发展态势进行了研究。笔者发现,普陀区科技园区内部企业间联系次数较少,参与互动合作的企业占比低;尽管协同发展有利于普陀区科技园区的发展,但园区之间协同程度较低,产业互动不明显;园区企业的合作伙伴多位于上海之外的其他地区;从影响因子来看,地理临近对普陀区企业地方生产网络形成影响不大,产业链、价值链合作是企业结网的主要动力。

Use social network method to analyze the overall coordination of the Sci-Tech Park. Research the collaborative development of Putuo District Sci-Tech Park. The results show that,The collaborative level of Sci-Tech Park in Putuo district is weak and the local coordination effect has little contri-bution to the development of Sci-Tech Park. There are few connections between enterprises, which only take a small portion of total enterprises. The enter-prises seek coordination partners in the geographic area of Yangtze River Delta, national and even the worldwide range, which makes the coordination outward-looking and international. Within the scope of the region, geographic adjacency is no longer the promoting factor for formation of production net-work and the collaborative development of enterprises. Instead, the enterprise collaboration based on industry chain and value chain becomes the main con-tributing factor to the collaborative development of Sci-Tech Park.
