中药治疗单纯性肥胖有效性的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of The Effectiveness of Simple Obesity by Chinese Medicine

目的:评价中药治疗单纯性肥胖的有效性。方法:按照循证医学的要求,全面检索国内外相关医学数据库历年来中药治疗单纯性肥胖的文献,对纳入的文献进行meta分析。结果:共纳入临床随机对照文献17篇,以有效率为指标进行meta分析。从合并的OR值来看,在有效率方面中药治疗组与其他对照组(西药对照合并饮食运动对照)有显著差异,中药组优于对照组。其敏感性分析未见明显异质性,漏斗图较对称,不存在较大的发表偏倚。结论:中药治疗单纯性肥胖的有效率优于西药治疗或饮食运动治疗。

Objective To evaluate Meta analysis of the effectiveness of simple obesity by Chinese medicine. Methods According to the principles of evidence-based medicine, search for the literature of simple obesity treated by Chinese medicine in relevant medical database at home and abroad over the years, meta analysis is conducted on the literatures enrolled. Results 17 article of clinical randomized controlled literature, do the meta analysis by index of efifcient. From the pooled OR, Meta analysis showed that the Chinese medicine treatment group is signiifcant difference from the other control group(medicine control and diet movement control) in an efifcient aspect, the Chinese medicine treatment group is superior to the other control group. The sensitivity analysis showed no heterogeneity. Funnel graph is symmetric, with small publication bias. Conclusion The effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of simple obesity is superior to western medicine treatment or therapy with diet and movement.
